These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Snap2Table ("we", "us", or "our"), including our website, Airtable extension, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, without limitation, prohibitions on: attempting to exceed plan limits or quotas, reverse engineering or interfering with the Service, or using the Service to process unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

3. Subscription & Usage Limits

Certain features are subject to usage limits and subscription plans. We may enforce limits such as monthly scan quotas, per-document page limits, or workspace limits. Details of current plans and limits are described on our Pricing page.

4. Third-Party Services

Snap2Table integrates with Airtable and other third-party providers (such as AI or storage services). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party services.

5. Data & Privacy

We process documents and metadata you submit in order to provide the Service. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, please read our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property. You retain all rights to your underlying Airtable bases and documents. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
